Georgia National Guard works in conjunction with Augusta University Health to increase COVID-19 testing capacity in Georgia

The 202d EIS deployed to the Puerto Rico Air National Guard’s 156th Airlift Wing as part of the Hurricane Irma and Maria recovery efforts to spearhead a large-scale project relocating communications systems cabling and equipment to a new hardened facility. The total project will be a collaborative effort between ANG EIS units, military civil engineer teams, 156th Communications Flight, Defense Information Systems Agency and commercial service providers, meant to provide a cost-effective solution to bolster and protect the communication infrastructure for the 156th AW.
