116th Air Control Wing Leaders look ahead
During the last day of the 116th Air Control Wing Strategic Planning Event, wing leadership broke into five working groups and each created a “vivid description” of what each one of it's stakeholders (people, customers, suppliers, process information flow and enterprise leadership) would see and experience after the wing achieved it's 5-year vision. Lt. Col. Jeff Thetford, middle, landed a gerneral aviation aircraft at all 106 airfields in Georgia with the help of friends, Lt. Cols. Ed Bododny, left, and Ben Sutton. The trip was put together to raise awareness of the Robins Air Force Base Aero Club and the Georgia Air National Guard, it took nearly three years to complete.
