Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Terrance Woods, a food services craftsman with the Joint STARS 116th Force Support Squadron (FSS) from Robins Air Force Base, Ga., uses a tray ration heater to prepare breakfast at the Kennedy Recreation Center while deployed to the National Capital Region in support of the 57th Presidential Inauguration, Washington, D.C., Jan. 20, 2013. Woods is a part of a nine person team from Georgia joining more than 6,000 Guardsmen from 32 states and territories as part of the Joint Task Force-District of Columbia. Living and working in field conditions, the primary mission of the 116th FSS was to provide meals from their mobile field kitchen to troops supporting the events surrounding the inauguration.
