U.S Air Force Gen. Mike Hostage, commander, Air Combat Command, presents the Purple Heart Medal to Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Barry Duffield, 116th Civil Engineering Squadron, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight team leader during a ceremony at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Jan. 7, 2013. Duffield received the medal for injuries sustained from an Improvised Explosive Device while deployed to Afghanistan in 2011.
