116th Civil Engineer Squadron EOD

Police Sgt. Billy Skinner, Bibb County Sheriff Department Explosive Ordnance Disposal bomb technician, gives orders to members of his team during an experiential training event at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, Dec. 17, 2014. Georgia Air National Guard members from the 116th Civil Engineer Squadron's EOD Flight provided breaching and live-explosive training to Bibb County S.W.A.T. and EOD personnel, using simulated events that mirror real-world scenarios.
