116th Air Contro Wing, 116th Civil Engineering Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, Joint STARS, DSCA

The 116th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES), Georgia Air National Guard has two flat-bed trucks loaded with snow and debris removal equipment in preparation for movement to Dobbins Air Reserve Base in response to the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) preparation for the potential of inclement weather, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Feb. 18, 2015. The CES supports the DSCA by utilizing military assets and personnel when authorized by the governor. The CES provides initial route clearance in response to natural and man-made disasters.
