U.S. Air Force Maj. Wendell Troullier, an airborne intelligence officer with the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW), Georgia Air National Guard, briefs staff delegates from several Georgia congressional and senate offices on the operation of the E-8C Joint STARS aircraft during their visit to Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Aug. 18, 2015. During the visit, the delegates received a mission briefing updating them on the JSTARS program and an orientation tour of the aircraft. Team JSTARS; consisting of the 116th ACW, Georgia Air National Guard, the 461st ACW and Army JSTARS, is the sole location for the E-8C Joint STARS flying operation providing one-of-a-kind manned, battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support to combatant commanders around the globe.
