A team from the Head Quarters Air Force Anthropometric Study spent several days with Team JSTARS evaluating Career Enlisted Aviators (CEA) to find the minimum and maximum body size proportions required by CEA’s to perform their job correctly. The study is a part of an inclusion and diversity effort meant to open the CEA career field to more females and minorities who might otherwise be excluded due to outdated body stature standards.
