Podium week was set up to coincide with the 377th birthday of the National Guard. Leaders from Guard units throughout the state took the opportunity to speak to various community groups about the Georgia National Guard mission and successes. Jewel Churchman, 116th Medical Group (MDG), Georgia Air National Guard sets up a Philips HeartStart MRx monitor/defibrillator in a mobile medical tent during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive enhanced response force package (CERFP) practice exercise at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Sept. 14, 2013.
